During this time of year, we are all excited about our favorite football team’s journey to the Super Bowl. While we cheer our teams on, a lot of us may indulge in foods we don’t ordinarily eat. Our challenge to you is to join us as we continue our healthy lifestyle goals.
This challenge will be a fun way to watch the games with friends and burn some calories. Each play that happens on the field will require you to get up and move, rather than sit down, upset, if you lose.
*Play Off Challenge* Before the game starts, everyone has to commit to one team playing. Once each individual has committed to a team, that person has to remain with the selected team for the duration of the game.
Each time your team allows the opposing team to get a first down, you must do three jumping jacks at the same time with everyone that chose your team.
Each time your team allows the other team to score; you and everyone that chose your team must do five pushups.
If your team fumbles the ball, you and everyone that chose your team must run in place for five minutes together.
If your team looses the game, you and everyone that chose your team must run around the house together three times no matter how cold the weather is.
