Take a break from social media by deleting your mobile applications
Go to a new hang out spot to clear your mind, ex. coffee shop, quiet outdoor scenery
Surround yourself around study partners that are wanting to focus as well
Turn off any televisions, and news media that can derail your focus
****Taking a nap, and using a planner to stay on top of important tasks, will help you focus also. Don’t forget to make it count this semester!
